About Your Donations, Where & How They are used
According to the Pakistan Microfinance Network (PMN), rural
finance is inaccessible to more than 90 percent of the rural households in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This is because of cultural and economic factors: microfinance institutions exclude hard-to-reach areas due to high transaction costs and perceived risks. The institutions are often, critiqued for their poverty bias. Their services are not available to the poorest of the poor due to higher likelihood to default on loans. Sometimes, the institutions are for-profit that charge high interest rates to manage their operations, which in turn creates a debt trap for low-income borrowers. The presence of interest payments, even if low, are still a burden. The religious factor also affects the uptake of conventional microfinance services in KP. Given this background, SRSP has used the Community Investment Funds (CIF) scheme- an alternative system of delivering financial services that do not experience the above- mentioned limitations of a conventional microfinance scheme.

Where is my donation going?
We use your contribution to raise awareness on women’s education. In the 21st century, access to education, a right that is often taken for granted, remains a challenge for many women and girls in countries and regions affected by humanitarian crises. Funds For Good strives to advocate and facilitate the path of those women towards education.
With your contribution, we run several events and support organisations like Women for Women and Save the Children.
